<p>Hemangiomas of the airway are benign vascular lesions that can involve any site from nares to tracheobronchial tree. It is most common head and neck tumors in infants. Most these seen subglottic area The presence supraglottic hemangioma rarely described. This may be due less likely chance symptoms tendency infantile hemangiomas involute without therapy over time. Also, occurrence as a synchronous lesion (SAL) with laryngomalacia (LM) very rare, being tracheal bronchus, tracheomalacia, bronchomalacia stenosis We report rare case involving laryngeal surface epiglottis, an uncommon SAL LM, both unveiled during evaluation for stridor sixty-five-day old infant. responded well medical treatment oral propranolol it hemangiomas.</p>
